"Starting my own business was the best accident ever (laughs). I'm from Colombia, and we have the best coffee, right? But I never knew 'till I was exposed to it here in the States. I started this business with $2000 and now I have seven to ten employees. We use locally grown fruit for the smoothies and fair trade coffees. In February, we're running a trip for 40 people to Colombia to tour coffee plantations."
