Michael and Jenny Weisburger, Lafayette class of 1982, recently brought the excitement of the Pards to a new level in their Airstream trailer:
Michael: "We drove 4500 miles from L.A. to Easton, approximately fifteen different stops along the way to visit with alumni, and met a lot of old friends and made a bunch of new ones. It's been a real privilege for Jenny and me to make this trip. My wife and I were nineteen when we met here at Lafayette and it was a great way for she and I to give back to the school, that we could do together. It's been the most incredible adventure of our lives." Me: "What was the coolest stop?" Jenny: "I thought it was great in Wichita. A former Lafayette football player who graduated two years ago and his mom came to the trailer park and brought us a full barbecue dinner, and we sat and chatted in the trailer. He's going back to China to coach football, and he's fluent in Chinese, this kid. It's really cool to meet kids like that."
