"I want all PA kids to succeed, and that's why I'm advocating for high quality preschool for all three- and four-year-olds. My own children were ready to learn and socialized when they got to kindergarten because they were able to go to a high quality pre-K, and families shouldn't be shut out because they can't afford it for their own kids."
