![]() Michael Flavian Ruggiero, owner of Flavian's Hair Studio, 312 A Spring Garden Street: "Off and on, this salon has been here since the early '90s. I closed for about a decade. I went about working in New York City cutting hair here and there. Came back about six years ago. I'm not really from Easton originally, but I've been here about 30 years. Even when I commuted, I never had any desire to move anywhere else. I'm really happy to be back and it's been fun watching Easton turn into what it's turned into. I'm one of the people who can say, 'I was here when there was nothing...' I'm proud to be downtown and to be a part of it all."
